GRACE on the Grill?

Grace on the Grill is simply a way to share the gospel message of Chirst on the Campuses and Recreation Departments of the West Georgia Area. Jesus, after the ressurection, appeared to several of the disciples as they were finishing a long night of fishing and once again used a miracoulous catch to draw Peter to him. After catching 153 fish and Peter diving in the water to meet him on the shore, Jesus asked Peter and the others to join him for breakfast. The entire night had been a physical challenge with no results. Physically the men were exhasuted. Mentally they had been through so much, that they even begin to question if Christ was the Messiah. He was ressurected, but what's next was on their mind. Spiritually they needed what our Coaches and Athletes need: JESUS, the only one who could fill the void in their hearts.

Christ in his loving way used the grill, a little charcoal and fish to reconfirm who he was to Peter. Jesus asked, "Do you love me? " and continued to say "Follow me". We hope that Christ will be presented in such a way as we feed our local teams that each player and coach will answer and will follow!
